Introduction<\/strong><br \/>\nAt <em>Into the World<\/em>, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all students participating in our camps and homestay programs. This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior to ensure a positive experience for everyone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Respect and Behavior<\/strong><br \/>\nStudents must:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Show respect to fellow students, host families, instructors, and staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Be kind, inclusive, and supportive in all interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Follow instructions from program leaders and host families.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid bullying, discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Responsibility and Safety<\/strong><br \/>\nStudents are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Follow all rules and guidelines set by the camp or homestay program.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for their actions and personal belongings.<\/li>\n<li>Stay within designated areas and obtain permission before leaving.<\/li>\n<li>Report any issues or concerns to program staff or host families immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from engaging in dangerous or reckless behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Cultural Awareness and Adaptation<\/strong><br \/>\nStudents must:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Respect the culture, customs, and traditions of the host family and local community.<\/li>\n<li>Be open to learning and trying new experiences with a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Use polite language and gestures appropriate to the cultural setting.<\/li>\n<li>Be mindful of noise levels and personal habits that may affect others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Digital Responsibility<\/strong><br \/>\nStudents should:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Use electronic devices responsibly and limit screen time during scheduled activities.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid sharing private information online or on social media without consent.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from posting inappropriate or disrespectful content about the camp, homestay, or others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Daily Etiquette in Homestays<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Follow household rules set by the host family.<\/li>\n<li>Keep personal spaces clean and tidy.<\/li>\n<li>Offer to help with daily chores when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Inform the host family in advance if running late or changing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Respect quiet hours and family privacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Substance Use and Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>The use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Vandalism, theft, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging in illegal activities will result in immediate disciplinary action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.
